quote-record

Charged once for each quote and for each conveyancer offered on it: the quote identifier and references, property address, product and jurisdiction, the conveyancer selected and every conveyancer quoted with their own fee, and the fee breakdown beside the total so one firm's headline figure can be compared with another's. Quotes this account is not party to are not charged.

order-record

Charged once for each property search or compliance order read: its order and transaction identifiers, your own reference, the status and the description behind it, the product ordered, and the full results object exactly as the provider returned it, which differs entirely between an anti money laundering check, an ownership check and a company information search. Orders this account cannot see are not charged.

person-record

Charged once for each person on a case or quote: their reference, title, first, middle and last name, email and telephone, correspondence address, and their roles as a list, because one person is routinely both buyer and borrower on the same transaction and collapsing that to a single value loses what made them a party to it. Cases with no people recorded are not charged.

document-record

Charged once for each document listed against a case or an order: its identifier, document type, file name, media type and the date it was created, plus, in the download modes, the key it was stored under in this run's key value store, its size in bytes and the media type it actually arrived as. Documents the provider will not release are recorded with the reason and not charged.

history-record

Charged once for each entry of a case's history: an activity with its type, message, metadata, author and timestamp, a workflow task with its name, depth and ordinal in the tree, the parent task above it, its status and separately its completion flag and date, or a note with its title, body, author, created and modified dates and the note it superseded. Cases with no history yet are not charged.
