Charged only in monitoring mode, once for every Mercari results page (up to 120 listings) read in the run, whether or not it has new listings. Every run also pays the separate run start fee: 5 keywords in one run every 15 minutes is 2,880 runs a month ($8.64 in start fees at the Free plan price) plus 14,400 pages ($4.32). Pages that could not be read are not charged. A page is read only if the run's maximum total charge leaves room for its check and one listing row. Runs with monitoring turned off never charge it.

Charged once per run that searches Mercari, whether or not the run returns any listing - it pays for the run itself. It is charged before the first request, so a run whose maximum total charge has no room for the start fee plus one listing row (in monitoring mode, plus one results page check) requests nothing and is charged nothing, and a run with no usable search is not charged. A run that Apify restarts or moves is charged the start fee only once. A schedule every 15 minutes is 2,880 runs a month; put several keywords in one run to pay the fee once for all of them.
