One Trustpilot review: star rating, title, full text, the date it was written and the date of the experience, review language, verification status and source, whether Trustpilot has flagged or filtered it, the reviewer's display name, country, lifetime review count and how many times they have reviewed this company, the company's own reply with its date, and the branch location for multi-location businesses. Deduplicated on Trustpilot's review id, so a review reached through more than one filter pass is charged once. Error rows, the per-company completeness report, companies with no Trustpilot profile, and reviews that fail your own filters are all free, and there is no run-start fee.

Run with "Monthly pass" on and this is charged once, right before the first row would be billed; for the next 30 days every run you start with the pass on delivers reviews and company profiles with no per-unit charges. No automatic renewal: it is charged again only when you run with the pass on after it has expired. Never charged on a run that reads nothing. Worth it above roughly 7,600 reviews a month.

Priced below a company profile - you get the answer, not the data. Charged once per company per run, never on a company that billed a review or a profile, never on one that could not be reached, and never at all while a monthly pass is active. This is what keeps a reputation-monitoring schedule honest: a quiet company costs one check instead of nothing, and a busy one is billed by review as before.
